Benchoff, Esq., Solicitor and Jodi L. Martin, CPE, Chief Appraiser/Assessor. 2. The meeting was called to order by Kerry Watson, Chairperson at 9:00 a.m. 3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of February 16, 2022. Motion made by Kerry Watson; Seconded by Nicole Scott approved 2-0. Gary Pentz was not present at the February 16, 2022 meeting 4. No public comment 4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00 a.m.): 5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. 6. Old Business: No old business New Business or Matters for Daily Action: A.) Decide Daily Hearings on Motion, Second, and Vote of Board herein attached and made a part of the minutes. B.)
