TUESDAY, JULY 13, 2010
The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, July 13, 2010, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Chairman Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, and the
Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.

The minutes of July 6, 2010 and July 8, 2010 meetings were read. July 8
minutes will need further review due to a lot of public comment. If Board approves these
will be approved Thursday, July 15, 2010.
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved
Thursday, July 15, 2010.
John Hart, Chief Clerk/County Administrator informed the Board of the following
items: Burn ban update – in process of getting recommendations from District Forrester
and majority of the fire chief’s; Architech & Engineers short list have responded
positively and some A&E’s are having a tour today with maintenance staff. Anticipating

getting proposals back by July 23; Will move Archives in fully by end of July.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
to enter an executive session at 9:13 a.m. this date for the
unanimously approved
purpose to review Personnel matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at
9:47 a.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:48 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
