This letter is to request that the County of Franklin, Community Connections Division transfer the
$19,225 Street Outreach Component of the 2023 Emergency Solution Grant to the existing sub-
recipient, Waynesboro Community and Human Services.
Funds to be reallocated as follows:
$18,435 (Street Outreach Component)
$100 (HMIS Component)
$690 (Administration Component)
