Q: The plan includes residual waste and this is not typical. Why is it included?
A: While the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is focused on solid waste, they also want to
ensure that all waste streams are accounted for.
Q: What information is wanted regarding the experience of manager and supervisor in the
proposal.
A: The County is looking for assurance that the facility has qualified people operating the
facility and seeks to understand their qualification and that they can properly manage the
waste.
Q: Does the County want a list of all employees, their experience and how long they have
worked at the facility?
A: Yes. This can be presented in a list form, resumes are not required.
