FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING/PRISON BOARD MINUTES
Franklin County Administration Building
June 24, 2025
Present:
Dean Horst, Commissioner Bob Ziobrowski, Commissioner
John Flannery, Commissioner Harold Wissinger, Controller
I. The Prison Board portion of the meeting was called to order by Commissioner Horst at 10:09am.
II. Public Comment = None
III. Commissioner Ziobrowski moved for approval of all jail vouchers, Controller Wissinger seconded the
motion and the vouchers were unanimously approved.
IV. Commissioner Ziobrowski moved to adjourn the Prison Board portion of the meeting, Controller
Wissinger secconded the motion and the Prison Board portion was adjourned.
