FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING/PRISON BOARD MINUTES
Franklin County Administration Building
July 30, 2025
Present:
Dean Horst, Commissioner Bob Ziobrowski, Commissioner
John Flannery, Commissioner Etta Rotz, Deputy Controller
Ben Sites, Sheriff Ian Brink, District Attorney
I. The Prison Board portion of the meeting was called to order by Commissioner Horst at 10:04am.
II. Public Comment = None
III. Commissioner Ziobrowski moved for approval of all jail vouchers, Sheriff Sites seconded the motion
and the vouchers were unanimously approved.
IV. Sheriff Sites moved to adjourn the Prison Board portion of the meeting, District Attorney Brink
seconded the motion and the Prison Board portion was adjourned.
