3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of May 6, 2025. Motion made by Suzanne Piper; Seconded
by Jacqueline Berkstresser, approved 3-0.

5. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00 a.m.) :
6. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate Board
Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation.
