Benchoff, Esq., and Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor. 2. The meeting was called to order by Andrew J. Benchoff, Esq., at 9:00 a.m. 3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of July 22, 2025. Motion made by Nicole Scott, seconded by Suzanne Piper, approved 3-0. 4. No public comment 5. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00 a.m.): 6.
