Tuesday, September 9, 2025 -Starting at 9:00 a.m.
1. Members present Kerry Watson, Chairperson, and Jacqueline Berkstresser, and other
participants: Andrew J. Benchoff, Esq., Elliot Sulcove, Esq., and Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief
Assessor. Nicole Scott was unable to attend as scheduled.
2. The meeting was called to order by Andrew J. Benchoff, Esq., at 9:00 a.m.
3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of August 27, 2025. Motion made by Kerry Watson,
seconded by Jacqueline Berkstresser, approved 2-0.
4. No public comment
5. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00 a.m.):
The 9:45a.m appeal was corrected from 19-1,03.-055 to 164A51.-001A.
6. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate Board
Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation.
