FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING/PRISON BOARD MINUTES
Franklin County Administration Building
October 29, 2025
Present:
Dean Horst, Commissioner Bob Ziobrowski, Commissioner
Harold Wissinger, Controller Ben Sites, Sheriff
I. The Prison Board portion of the meeting was called to order by Commissioner Horst at 10:04am.
II. Public Comment = Valerie Jordan commented that she would be reading a full public comment during
the regular portion of the Commissioners’ Meeting and she asked that the Commissioners keep an open
mind while listening to it.
III. Commissioner Ziobrowski moved for approval of all jail vouchers, Sheriff Sites seconded the motion,
and the vouchers were unanimously approved.
IV. Commissioner Ziobrowski moved to adjourn the Prison Board portion of the meeting, Controller
Wissinger seconded the motion, and the Prison Board portion was adjourned.
