In Attendance:Zak Long,Steve Thomas,Quentin Clapper,Colleen Tidd,Liz Butler,Chris
Ardinger,Austin Rosenbaum,Andy Paszkowski,George Pomeroy,Bob Ziobrowski,John
Poniske,Dave Mackley,Ronald Madison
I.Welcome and introduction -George Pomeroy welcomes the group and
thanks them for attending.
II.Approval of Minutes –November 2nd,2023 -Andy Paszkwoski motions to
approve the november minutes,Austin Rosenbaum seconds.None opposed
III.Public Comment:No public in attendance
IV.Staff Reports
a.Staff Reports as submitted -Quentin shows the Character area map to the
board.
b.Director’s Report and Planning Updates -Steve introduces Colleen Tidd to
the group and explains what she handles with the CDBG program.
C.solid waste plan -Our current plan expires on Dec 2nd,2025.Hoping for a
non substantial review with no major revisions,but DEP decides that.
Currently kicking off the process of finding a consultant.
