i.Sesco bought the former typo electronics building off of grant st. – Waynesboro
ii.Waynesboro EA
iii.Scotland school- potential buyer to come in after foreclosure
iv.Chambersburg Mall- zoned highway commercial (does not allow for warehousing).
Potential sports complex
v.Mont Alto Campus- Local Group forming to determine land use. Tour last week of the
property. New roofs on some of the buildings. Who’s going to manage the campus?
Can’t be subdivided. Special use authority. Campus closes May of 2027
vi.Data Centers- potential in Washington county MD.
c.South Mountain Partnership Presentation- Julia and Katie- State of the region
