This will be paid by the DEP Mosquito-borne Disease Control Grant. 4. Regular Agenda 4.01Planning - Agreement between the County of Franklin and multiple property owners for sale and purchase of agricultural conservation easements on the following farms: JEM: $233,475.00 and Todd & Vicki Heckman: $87,487.36. Adjourn ACT 14, 67, 68 and 127 NOTIFICATIONS In accordance with PA Act notifications, GWIN DOBSON & FOREMAN (GD&F) notified the County of their intent to provide permitting services for Bear Valley Franklin County Pennsylvania Joint Authority in St. Thomas, Hamilton, Peters, and Letterkenny Townships to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) for water distribution system improvements and Ft.
