These Rules are applicable only to the Franklin County branch of the 39 th Judicial District.
Effective August 1, 2026.
39th Jud. Dist. R. Crim. P. 460. Notice of Appeals; Transmittal of Transcript and
Associated Documents.
Electronic Transmission. The transcript and any associated documents shall be
electronically scanned and transmitted to the Franklin County Clerk of Courts in digital
format in lieu of transmitting the physical paper transcript and associated documents.
