COURT ROOM
SCOPE
The Franklin County courts reached out to Illuminated Integration (ii) for a solution to replace their existing court room Poly
infrastructure and bring back Zoom functionality to each room. Illuminated met with the stakeholders from the county and court
administration to design a sustainable solution. This proposal is for one court room. After successful completion of the first court room,
the county will be upgrading the remaining six via separate contract. This project was quoted using COSTARS and prevailing wage
labor.

Scope of Work
Illuminated Integration will provide and install the following as part of the AV systems implementation for each court room:
Documentation
Updated riser drawings to reflect the changes to the system
Video Conferencing Equipment
Remove the existing Poly compute device
An AV to USB bridge device in each equipment rack
USB and HDMI extension from each equipment rack to the new OFE computer located in each court room
Crestron programming updates and system commissioning
End user training
Inclusions
Low voltage faceplates
Low voltage pulls and terminations for Illuminated Integration installed equipment
Exclusions/Others Responsibilities
The following items are not included in Illuminated Integrationʼs scope of work:
On site refuse disposal containers/locations
Provision, installation or commissioning of any systems or devices not explicitly expressed in this scope of work or in the
attached bill of materials
Client to provide a PC for each court room to act as the meeting host device
Client to set up and provision these devices prior to Illuminated Integration arriving on site
PC must have at least (2) HDMI outputs and USB 3.0 or higher
User monitor at the PC location, keyboard, and mouse provided by client
Assumptions
All installation work will occur during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged.
Adequate pathways, spaces, and provisions will be made available for AVL system infrastructure.

The existing conduit pathways are already very full. If the existing conduit cannot support the two additional network
lines for each court room, a change order may be required.
The client will designate a point of contact to facilitate approvals, access, and communication throughout the project. Delays in
communication may result in extension of the project timeline.
Project Timeline
A detailed schedule will be established in coordination with the court administration team, with the following high-level phases:
Engineering & Submittals: 3-4 weeks
Procurement & Pre-Fabrication: 4-6 weeks
On-Site Installation:
Expect approximately 1 day of on-site installation and testing per court room
On site installation time is dependent on room availability and the availability of client IT staff
Specific milestone dates will be confirmed upon project kickoff.
Comprehensive Warranty
Illuminated Integration provides a one-year warranty on all equipment and workmanship supplied for the installed system(s). The
warranty period begins at the end of the project, with the start date determined by Illuminated Integration's project manager. A
detailed warranty letter will be provided at that time.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for Illuminated Integration-provided equipment and services. If a covered
issue arises during the warranty period, Illuminated Integration's team will address it at no additional cost to ensure the system
operates as intended.
This warranty excludes equipment not provided by Illuminated Integration, reused components, damage from acts of God, structural
issues, or misuse by users. Illuminated Integration reserves the right to determine whether damages fall under these exclusions.
