read. These will be approved Thursday, December 23, 2010.
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved
Thursday, December 23, 2010.
The Board reviewed Property Management matters. This was the advertised
date to receive bids for the Replacement Pickup Truck. No bids were received.
According to County Code since this is the second time for bidding so the County is
able to negotiate a purchase.
Commissioner Keller wanted to reflect in the minutes that Warden John Wetzel
was nominated by Governor-Elect Tom Corbett to be The Pennsylvania Corrections
Secretary. If he gets confirmed the Board will be sad to see him go, but if he takes same
approach at state level as he has locally and a team approach will bode well for the
entire Commonwealth. The Board wished him well and congratulates him on his
accomplishment.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:18 a.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
