TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2011
The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, February 22, 2011, with the
following members present: David S. Keller, Robert L. Thomas and Robert G.
Ziobrowski. Vice Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting to order, and
the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
There was no public comment.
The minutes of February 15, 2011 and February 17, 2011 meetings were read.
These will be approved Thursday, February 24, 2011.
Commissioner Keller entered the meeting room at 9:45 a.m. and presided
thereafter.
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved
Thursday, February 24, 2011.
The Board reviewed Sheriff Office matters. On a motion by Robert G.
Ziobrowski; seconded by Robert L. Thomas; unanimously approved to award the bid for
the Sale of Three (3) Sheriff Mobile Radios to Pleasant Hall Volunteer Fire Company for
a total bid price of $2,253.00. This proposal was the only bid received.
The Board recessed from 10:00 a.m. until the 2:00 p.m. Retirement Board
meeting.
The Board held a Franklin County Retirement Board meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m. with a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski;
seconded by Robert L. Thomas.
