The Franklin County Election Board met, Thursday, June 11, 2015 with the
following members present: Jerry Warnement, James C. Zeger and Owen E. Myers.
Chairman Warnement presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded with
the business of the day
The Board held hearings for cumulation of write-ins.
On a motion by Owen E. Myers, seconded by James C. Zeger; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Michael Chad
Murray for the office of Antrim Township Supervisor, the Board finds that Chad Murray,
Had Murray, Chad Murry, Chad Murphy on the Democratic ballot is the same person
and that the votes cast under these names at the Municipal Primary held on May 19,
2015 in Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Murray a total of 86
write-in votes on the Democratic ballot. The Board finds that Chad Murray, Chad Murry,
Had Murray on the Republican ballot is the same person and that the votes cast under
these names at the Municipal Primary held on May 19, 2015 in Franklin County, PA are
therefore cumulated giving Mr. Murray a total of 445 write-in votes on the Republican
ballot.
On a motion by Owen E. Myers, seconded by James C. Zeger; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Dawn Bergquist for
the office of Greencastle Area School District School Director, the Board finds that Dawn
Bergguist, Dawn Berquist, Dawn Berquest, Dawn Bergauist, Dawn Bergqist, Dawn
Bargquist, Daw Begquist and Dawn Bergquist on the Republican ballot is the same
person and that the votes cast under these names at the Municipal Primary held on May
19, 2015 in Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Ms. Bergquist a total of
75 write-in votes on the Republican ballot. The Board finds that Dawn Berquist, Daw
Begquist and Dawn Bergquist on the Democrat ballot is the same person and that the
votes cast under these names at the Municipal Primary held on May 19, 2015 in Franklin
County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Ms. Bergquist a total of 16 write-in votes on
the Democrat ballot.
On a motion by Owen E. Myers, seconded by James C. Zeger; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for James C.
Hollenshead for the office of Hamilton Township Supervisor, the Board finds that
Hollenhead, Hollinshead, J.C. Hollenhead, JC Hollenshead, Jim Hollenshead, James
Hollenhead, James Hollenshead, James C. Hollenhead, James C. Hollenshead is the
same person and that the votes cast under these names at the Municipal Primary held
on May 19, 2015 in Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Hollenshead
a total of 120 write-in votes on the Democratic ballot.
On a motion by Owen E. Myers, seconded by James C. Zeger; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Jeffrey B.
Geesaman for the office of Washington Township Supervisor, the Board finds that Jeff
Geesaman, Jeffrey B. Gessaman, Jeffrey Gessaman, and Jeff Geessaman is the same
person and that the votes cast under these names at the Municipal Primary held on May
19, 2015 in Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Geesaman a total of
20 write-in votes on the Democratic ballot.

On a motion by James C. Zeger, seconded by Owen E. Myers; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Michael Cermak
for the office of Constable, the Board finds that Cermak, Mike (Michael) Cermak, Michael
Cermak and Mike Cermak is the same person and that the votes cast under these
names at the Municipal Primary held on May 19, 2015 in Franklin County, PA are
therefore cumulated giving Mr. Cermak a total of 21 write-in votes on the Democratic
ballot.
On a motion by Owen E. Myers, seconded by James C. Zeger; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Michael Cermak
for the office of Councilperson, the Board finds that Michael Cermak, Mike (Michael)
Cermak, Mike Cermac and Mike Cermak is the same person and that the votes cast
under these names at the Municipal Primary held on May 19, 2015 in Franklin County,
PA are therefore cumulated giving Mr. Cermak a total of 14 write-in votes on the
Democratic ballot.
On a motion by James C. Zeger, seconded by Owen E. Myers; unanimously
approved that after consideration of the petition to cumulate votes for Joan George
Wagner for the office of Prothonotary, the Board finds that Joan George Wagner, Joan
George-Wagner, Joan Wagner, Joan George, Joan G Wagner, Joan G. Wagner, John
George Wagner, Joan Wenger, JoAnn Wagner, June Wagner, Joanne Wagner, Mrs
George Wagner, JG Wagner, Jane George Wagner, Joan Wanger George, and Jane
George Wagner is the same person and that the votes cast under these names at the
Municipal Primary held on May 19, 2015 in Franklin County, PA are therefore cumulated
giving Ms. Wagner a total of 341 write-in votes on the Democratic ballot.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m. with a motion by James C. Zeger;
seconded by Owen E. Myers.
FRANKLIN COUNTY ELECTION BOARD
