The Franklin County Commissioners met Tuesday, February 24, 2009,
with the following members present: Robert L. Thomas, David S. Keller and
Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman Thomas presided and after calling the meeting
to order, and the Pledge of Allegiance proceeded with the business of the day.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved to adopt the agenda.
Public comment was received from Bud Bennett who wanted to inform the
Board that even grant money is tax payer's money and also when county
employee's health insurance goes up the tax payers pay for it unlike when his
goes up he pays for it.
The minutes of February 17, 2009 and February 19, 2009 meetings were
read. These will be approved and signed on Thursday, February 26, 2009
The Board reviewed Agreements and Contracts. These will be approved
and signed on Thursday, February 26, 2009.
The Board reviewed Register and Recorder matters. On a motion by
Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved to
rescind the motion of February 19t" approving the purchase of 10 monitors from
Dell at a cost of $3,512.00.
The Board reviewed Register and Recorder matters. On a motion by
Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller; unanimously approved the
Purchase of 20 monitors from Dell at a cost of $7,024.00. This company is on
the Co-Stars 3 state contract.
The Board reviewed Property Management matters. This was the
advertised date to receive bids for the Sale of 48 Warehouse Light Fixtures with
Lens. No bids were received.
The Board met with the County Solicitor to review related matters.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller;
unanimously approved to enter an executive session at 9:16 a.m. this date for
the purpose to review Litigation matters. The Board reconvened into regular
session at 9:40 a.m.
The Board recessed at 9:55 a. m. and wi I I reconvene at 2:00 p. m.

The Board attended a Franklin County Retirement Board meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m. with a motion by Robert G.
Ziobrowski; seconded by David S. Keller.
