WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2021
The Franklin County Election Board met Wednesday, March 17, 2021 with the following
members present: David S. Keller, John T. Flannery and Robert G. Ziobrowski. Chairman
Keller presided and after calling the meeting to order, proceeded with the business of the day.
Election to be held on May 18, 2021. The attached is an official copy of the casting of lots and
is made a part of these minutes.
On a motion by Robert G. Ziobrowski; seconded by John T. Flannery; unanimously
approved to enter an executive session at 11:57 a.m. this date for the purpose of reviewing
potential and pending litigation matters. The Board reconvened into regular session at 12:26
p.m. No action was required after the executive session.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:27 p.m.
