Fulton County Issues/concerns about Fulton County Please email Lisa with plan by the end of the

asked about county contracting
directly, providers also discussed travel
time and cost effectiveness
Training Matrix/PROMISe Promise enrollment training coming up,
providers had questions about LMS.
- Just a reminder to turn in Training
Matrix.
EITA Plan Providers had thoughts on types of Make sure that both parents are aware of
training EITA can provide what therapy is available.
County would provide all mandatory
training, half days or full days training
(Fridays possibly), Beth Fairchild is the
new EITA contact; there was
discussion about Sign Language and
Spanish training.
PELICAN Lisa provided PowerPoint documents
from training.
PELICAN surveys are due to Trish for
identifying who (with in agency) will
do what regarding PELICAN.
Lisa discussed roles in LMS and access
for LMS administrators.
Lisa also discussed training dates and
other dates for PELICAN
implementations.
Physical Therapy-Scripts Script from doctor needed for PT;
county will do a letter if provider wants
a script it is up to the provider to
acquire that from doctor.
CPR (new billing due dates) Authorizations will be due by the 5 th of
the month to Holly Divelbliss

Progress Monitoring Please make sure to get last monitoring
before child turns 3.
