Rule 39.1107.6 Completion of Questionnaires and Supplemental Questionnaires
The Court Administrator of the judicial district shall develop appropriate procedures for distributing or
mailing, collecting, collating, copying, maintaining, securing, and destroying questionnaires, supplemental
questionnaires and all copies, as provided and required by law. In addition, the Court Administrator shall develop an
information sheet advising jurors of the procedures for maintaining the confidentiality of the questionnaires.
