Rule 39-1915.1. Scope. [Custody]
The Rules set forth in this section shall govern the practice and procedure in all actions
for custody, partial custody and visitation of minor children. These local rules shall be viewed as
supplementing the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure governing custody as set forth in Pa.
R.C.P. 1915.1 et seq.
