Rule 39—15. 5. 5. Adoption
(a) Hearing. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, the hearing on the petition for adoption shall be
private.
(b) Proposed Order. At the conclusion of the hearing for adoption, the petitioners shall submit to the
hearing judge a proposed decree.
