MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, August 17, 2022 - Starting at 9:00 a.m. Members present Kerry Watson, Chairperson; Nicole Scott and Gary Pentz, other participants Andrew J. Benchoff, Esq., Solicitor and Jodi L. Martin, CPE, Chief Appraiser/Assessor. 2. The meeting was called tq order by Kerry Watson, Chairperson at 9:00 a.m. . 3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of August 03, 2022. Motion made by Nicole Scott; Seconded by Gary Pentz approved 3-0. 4. No public comment 4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00 a.m.): 5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Old Business: No old business 7. New Business or Matters for Daily Action: A.) Decide Daily Hearings on Motion, Second, and Vote of Board herein attached and made a part of the minutes. B.) Authorize Solicitor to Take Action on Pending Court of common Pleas Litigation, if Any. a. Requested authority to sign the Fourth Addendum to Voluntary Agreement with SpiriTrust Lutheran. On a motion by Kerry Watson, Seconded by Gary Pentz to approve the agreement pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein. Authority for Solicitor Benchoff to sign the Agreement was approved 3-0. 6. The meeting was adjourned at 12:25 p.m. with a motion by Kerry Watson; Seconded by Gary Pentz.
