By virtue of a certain writ of Levari Facias, issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin
County, Pennsylvania and to me directed, I will sell at Public Outcry, in front of the Court House, Bo-
rough of Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pa., the following described Real Estate on

at. Thomas, Franklin county, Penna., bounded and lim-
ited as follows: ---Beginning at a chestnut tree; thence
by lands formerly of Samuel Riddle, now of H. Mary

growth of timber. Being the same tract of land con-
veyed to the Union Railway Supply Company by Wm.
S. Stenger and Helen W. Stenger, --by Deed dated the
26th day of March, 1904, and recorded in Recorders
Office, Franklin Co., Pa., in Deed Book, Vol., 132 Page
481.
Seized and taken in execution as the real estate of the
Union Railway Supply Company.
TWENTY per cent of the purchase price to be paid
immediately after the property is struckown. Bal-
ance on confirmation of sale.
