This will allow for more time to coordinate with the county investigators to avoid a delay in the process. Changes to the medication error reports and the dashboard trend analysis features are very helpful, especially for the residential providers who are looking at any trends within their residential homes and/or for specific timesof the day. There are trainings available that can help anyone struggling to navigate the reports or dashboard on the Learning Management System (LMS). There is a lot more information that is now mandatory on the medication error incident reports due to the changes in the reports and trend analysis features. Reminder – When reviewing approvals and disapprovals, make sure to review the Regional and Countyfirst section/initial review screens. Many disapprovals are due to not answering the questions in the regional comments before finalizing the report.
