Welcome and Introductions Lance Summers welcomes everyone / introductions. The meeting started at 9:33 AM. II. Public Comment There was no public comment. III. Meeting Minutes – April 15, 2021 Beth Raves made the motion to approve the April TAC meeting minutes, Beth Nidam seconded. There were no objections. IV. New Business a. Chambersburg Signal Project Phase II Funding A motion to recommend approval of the Chambersburg Signal Project – Phase II Funding to the Policy Board was made by Guy Shaul and seconded by Nate Walker. There were no objections. b. I-81 Improvement Strategy Update Justin Gochenauer from Michael Baker provided an update on the progress and the recent findings of the I-81 Improvement Strategy. There were no questions. c. Long Range Transportation Plan Update – Brian Funkhouser from Michael Baker provided an update on the Long Range Transportation Plan Update. d. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) 2023-2026 Bridge and Pavement Candidates Nate Walker updated the TAC on the progress of the 2023-2026 TIP. PennDOT is currently evaluating bridge and pavement candidates. There were no questions. e. Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan Michael Baker staff provided a review of the findings from the completed Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan. The plan will be recommended for adoption in the October TAC meeting. There were no questions. I. Administrative Business a. Director’s Report – Steve Thomas Steve Thomas gave an update on the Planning Department’s current efforts and informed the TAC they will be involved in the LRTP and TIP process in future meetings. b. Chambersburg Signal Project – Administrative Modification A motion to recommend the Policy Board approve the Chambersburg Signal Project Phase II funding as submitted to the FY2021-24 TIP was made by Beth Nidam and seconded by Lance Summers. II. Future Meetings a. August 19, 2021 – FCMPO Policy Board Meeting at 10:00 AM. b. October 21, 2021 – FCMPO TAC Meeting at 9:30 AM. III. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 10:33 AM.
