Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Starting at 9:00 a.m.
Members present Kerry Watson, Chairperson; Doug Boozer and Gary Pentz other
participants Andrew J. Benchoff, Esq., Solicitor, Jodi L. Martin, CPE, Tax Director, and
Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor.
2. The meeting was called to order by Kerry Watson, Chairperson at 9:00 a.m.
Motion to approve meeting minutes of July 26, 2023. Motion made by Gary Pentz;
Seconded by Kerry Watson, approved 3-0.
4. No public comment
4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00
a.m.):
5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion.
6. Old Business: No old business
7. New Business or Matters for Daily Action:
A.) Decide Daily Hearings on Motion, Second, and Vote of Board herein attached and
made a part of the minutes.
6. The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 p.m. with a motion by Gary Pentz; Seconded by
