Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor.
2. The meeting was called to order by Andrew J Benchoff, Esq. at 9:00 a.m.
Motion to approve meeting minutes of August 16, 2023. Motion made by Kerry Watson;
Seconded by Gary Pentz, approved 3-0.

4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00
a.m.):
5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion.
