Members present Nicole Scott, Kerry Watson and Gary Pentz other participants Andrew
J. Benchoff, Esq., Solicitor, and Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor.
2. The meeting was called to order by Kerry Watson at 9:00 a.m.
Motion to approve meeting minutes of August 30, 2023. Motion made by Nicole Scott;
Seconded by Gary Pentz, approved 3-0.

Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00
a.m.):
6. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion.
