The meeting was called to order by Kerry Watson, Chairperson at 9:04 a.m.
Motion to approve meeting minutes of October 03, 2023 Motion made by Kerry Watson;
Seconded by Gary Pentz, approved 3-0.

5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion.
