plan as mapped and defined by the Frankl in County Soil
Survey.
EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL NARRATIVE
The owner shall assume the responsibil ity for both imple-
menting and maintaining the following erosion and sedimentation
control measures during the development of this lot.
(1.) Lot development shall proceed in the following manner,
Only earth-moving activities necessary for basement, driveway, and
util ity-related excavations shall be initially. permitted. Excess
excavation shall be stockpiled in the location and to the approximate
extent indicated on the attached plan. The driveway shall be shaled
within 5 days of the completion of subgrade. The driveway shall be
constructed in a manner which does not interfere with any planned
gutter flow along the existing road. When construction upon the lot
is nearly final ized, vegetative cover may be disturbed as needed for
final grading activities.
(2.) Seeding of the lot shall take place within 20 days of
the completion of final grading activities. Seeding shall be Kentucky
31 Tall Fescue and Redtop, or an approved equal, at the rate of 1 pound
per 1000 square feet onto a prepared seedbed of 140 pounds of I ime per
1000 square feet and 12 pounds of 0-20-20, or equivalent, fertilizer
per 1000 square feet, At the time of seeding, 10 pounds of 10-20-20,
or equivalent, fertilizer per 1000 square feet shall be worked into
the surface.
