The subdivision plan you recently submitted is not in compliance with
the Warren Township Subdivision Ordinance as indicated below:
1. Scale of drawing is 1"=200'; item 4 page 202 (top) requires
plans to be no less than 1"=100'.
2. The various line types do not comply with those specified
on pages 202 and 203.
*3. A Highway Occupancy Permit or Letter of Intent must be
secured prior to final approval - page 203.
*4. Topographic data and reference elevation data are not shown _
page 504 item 7 &8 (also see Administrative Policy 11)
5. Developer (Mr. McC1anathan) must sign all drawings _
page 506 item 23.

6. While fron pins are acceptable "markers", their use on the corners
of the property lines is incorrect. Monuments (6IX6" X30"
concrete or stone) are required - page 502 items 1-6.

At this time, you have two courses of action available. You may direct
your engineer to redraw the plan in compliance with the requirements of the
Township's Ordinance or you may submit a letter to this office indicating why
you feel your subdivision should be accepted as prepared then submit it as a
final application. (See page 221 "Hardship, Small Subdivision" for
information on this).
