COMMENTS: . The Franklin County Planning Commission will accept the'
boundary survey as presented by the applicant. This
acceptance is conditioned upon one requirement: when
Oliver subdivides the large tract adjoining this tract.
this right-of-way, i.e. tract boundarlès and road right-
of-way, will be presented in the manner prescribed in
the Warren Township Development Regulations. Namely, a

Dear Mr. Shoemaker:
In response to your questions and as a result of
a conversation with Jack Keely, John R. Oliver Company,
I submit the following:
The Franklin County Planning Commission will
accept the boundary survey as presented by
you on January 26, 1973. This acceptance is
conditioned upon one requirement: When Oliver
subdivides the large tract adjoining this
tract, this right-of-way, i.e. ~act
boundaries and road right-of-way, will be
presented in the manner prescribed in the
Warren Township Development Regulations.
Namely, a maximum scale of 1"=100' and
~contour\ lines of 5 foot vertical intervals.
This requirement is not to be inserted into the
deed; the deed can be written for the tract as shown on
the plat you had in the office.
