Tuesday, October 3, 2023 - Starting at 9:00 a.m.
Members present Kerry Watson, Chairperson; Gary Pentz and Douglas Boozer other
participants Andrew J. Benchoff, Esq., Solicitor and Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor.
2. The meeting was called to order by Kerry Watson, Chairperson at 8:59 am.
3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of September 27, 2023. Motion made by Kerry
Watson; Seconded by Gary Pentz, approved 3-0.
4. No public comment
S. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00
a.m.):
b. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion.

8. New Business or Matters for Daily Action:
A.) Decide Daily Hearings on Motion, Second, and Vote of Board herein attached and
made a part of the minutes.
