UPDATED SITE ANALYSIS PRESENTATION Franklin County PA Government Facilities Master Plan FRANKLIN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAY 27 , 2010
Overview Facilities Master Plan prepared in 2009 included Projected spaces needs for all departments Identified Judicial needs as priority Compared development of 2 county owned sites
for Judicial – Administration Annex/Sheetz and Court House/Annex 2 Several alternate sites (owned and not owned) investigated since Master Plan based on Ability to achieve required levels
of security Physical proximity/relationship to other County functions Ease of enhancing public/staff access in terms of traffic & parking Ability for future expansion Cost for acquisition
& site development
