The Prison Board portion of the meeting was called to order by Commissioner Flannery at 10:20am. II. There was public comment by Valerie Jordan, who talked about Franklin County crime and race. She asked for any reports that would provide a breakdown and Commissioner Flannery answered that the public Prison Board report contains the requested information. III. Commissioner Flannery moved for approval of all jail vouchers, Controller Wissinger seconded the motion and the vouchers were unanimously approved IV. Commissioner Flannery moved to adjourn the Prison Board portion of the meeting, Controller Wissinger seconded the motion and the Prison Board portion was adjourned.
