Benchoff, Esq., and Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor. 2. The meeting was called to order by Nicole Scott, Chairperson at 9:11 a.m. Motion to approve meeting minutes of December 13, 2023. Motion made by Nicole Scott; Seconded by Suzanne Piper, approved 3-0. 4. No public comment 4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:00 a.m.): 5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion made by Nicole Scott; Seconded by Suzanne Piper. 6. Old Business: Accept date change of meeting minutes that Gary Pentz already signed. Motion by Nicole Scott, Seconded by Suzanne Piper, 3-0 approved. New Business or Matters for Daily Action: A.) Decide Daily Hearings on Motion, Second, and Vote of Board herein attached and made a part of the minutes. B.) Reviewed and approved 3-0 the Disable Veterans Report for 2024. C.) Reviewed and approved 3-0 for Andrew J Benchoff, Esq. to move forward with Resolving Tax Assessment Appeal 42021-3400, RAP Fayetteville LLC, 09- OC26G-024B. D.) Andrew J Benchoff, Esq. brought the Wilders Tax Assessment Appeal #2023- 3112 settlement offer to resolve to the Board. Board approved 3-0 for Andrew J Benchoff, Esq. to counter with their offer. 6. The meeting was adjourned at 12:19 p.m with a motion by Nicole Scott; Seconded by Jacqueline Bertkstresser.
