Wednesday, July 17, 2024 - Starting at 9:45 a.m.
Members present Nicole Scott, Chairperson; Suzanne Piper and Kerry Watson, other
participants Andrew J. Benchoff, Esq., and Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor.
2. The meeting was called to order by Nicole Scott, Chairperson at 10:05 a.m.
3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of May 15, 2024. Motion made by Suzanne Piper;
Seconded by Nicole Scott, approved 3-0.
4. No public comment
4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 10:06
a.m.):
5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion made by
Nicole Scott; Seconded by Kerry Watson.
6. Old Business:
Board approved 3-0 for Andrew J Benchoff, Esq. to move forward & sign the stipulation
for the Wilders Tax Assessment Appeal #2023-3112, Motion by Kerry Watson, Second
by Nicole Scott.
New Business or Matters for Daily Action:
6. The meeting was adjourned at 12:26 p.m with a motion by Nicole Scott; Seconded by
Suzanne Piper.
