2. The meeting was called to order by Nicole Scott, Chairperson at 9:13 a.m.
3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of July 17, 2024. Motion made by Suzanne Piper;
Seconded by Kerry Watson, approved 3-0.

4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:14
a.m.):
5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion made by
Kerry Watson; Seconded by Suzanne Piper.
