The meeting was called to order by Nicole Scott, Chairperson at 9:03 a.m.
Motion to approve meeting minutes of August 22, 2024. Motion made by Suzanne Piper;
Seconded by Kerry Watson, approved 3-0.

4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:05
a.m.):
Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate
Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation. Motion waived by
Andrew J Benchoff, Esq.
