Benchoff, Esq., and Lesa Stouffer, CPE, Chief Assessor. 2. The meeting was called to order by Nicole Scott, Chairperson at 9:31 a.m. 3. Motion to approve meeting minutes of August 28, 2024. Motion made by Suzanne Piper; Seconded by Jacqueline Berkstresser, approved 3-0. 4. No public comment 4. Hear Tax Assessment (Exemption) Appeal Hearings (Starting at Approximately 9:32 a.m.): 5. Executive Session to Deliberate on Daily Hearings and Discuss Any Other Appropriate Board Matters, such as Pending Court of Common Pleas Litigation.
