DIRECTIONS TO TAX OFFICE
From Fort Loudon, go south on Route 75 to intersection of Lemar Road and Long Lane. Turn right onto Long Lane. Approximately 1/10 of mile,
turn right at first farm.
From Upton, turn onto Lemar Road to Markes, go straight at the blinking light in Markes to the intersection at Mountain View Elementary
School and Route 75, go straight across to Long Lane, approximately 1/10 mile, turn right at first farm.
From Cove Gap, turn onto Mountain Road, approximately 2 ½ miles, turn right onto Long Lane, go approximately 1 mile, turn left into farm.
MAIL SLOT
For your convenience, there is a mail slot beside the office door so that you may drop off your taxes at any time. When paying
County/Township (Spring) and School (Fall) taxes at the same time, please issue a separate check for each type of tax.
There will be a $50.00 charge for all checks returned by the bank for any reason.
NO CREDIT CARD CHECKS
No personal checks accepted after December 15, 2024. Payment must be made by cash, certified check or money order.
**NOTE**
CLOSING DATE FOR COUNTY, BORO and TOWNSHIP TAXES IS DECEMBER 31, 2024
