This Consent to Assignment of Contract dated December 3, 2025 is made and entered into by and between
Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company, a Michigan corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “GRS”), and Franklin
County for OPEB GASB 75 Disclosures (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).
RECITALS
Whereas Korn Ferry (US), doing business as Korn Ferry, has assigned GRS as successor to Client’s contract(s)
dated February 3, 2025 for actuarial services and related consulting.
AGREEMENT
GRS hereby assumes Korn Ferry’s obligations arising after the date hereof under the aforementioned
contract(s).
Client hereby consents to such assignment to GRS.
