been taken, the neglect of which entitled the party to judgment, the same may be entered by the Prothonotary after expiration of the time within which the respondent in the Rule is required
to answer. The judgment may be taken on Praecipe from a party or his attorney, which Praecipe shall set forth the nature of the default, and when it is for default of plea, shall contain
proof of service of the Notice to Plead.
