Dr. Dorlisa Minnick did a presentation for the providers on the Shippensburg University research project that Jim and Cori submitted for analysis. The project was “Impacting the Lives of Hospitalized Consumers in Franklin/Fulton Counties”. The four research questions were the main focus of the data. They helped to understand and relate issues with clients and case managers as results of individuals being hospitalized. Dr. Minnick reviewed the four questions and the results. She also had discussion and suggestions for solutions and for future research. MH/MR/EI staff and 57 clients were contacted. Unfortunately because of phone disconnection and relocation most of the original sample list were unable to be contacted. All were interviewed Page 3 of 3 confidentially.
