November 14th and the units from November 15th until June 30th requests for additional units
to complete billing up to November 14 need to go to Jane. . HCSIS automatically split the
units and did not leave units to complete billing.
Therapeutic and Medical Leave
The new therapeutic and medical paid billing days go in to effect November 15allowing
providers to bill for up to 60 days for when individuals are absent from the residential
programs. July 1 through November 14th individuals absence from residential programs do
not count this year.does not count.
Outcome Training
Jane reminded providers to please attend the Outcome Training that ODP provides. General
discussion on some points of the training.
Licensure Issues: ISPs & Assessments
Some issues that Licensure is having is that there are things that were not in the ISPs; any
things that needs to be in an ISP, needs to be in the initial and annual provider assessment;
and if it’s not stated in the assessment it doesn’t get put into the ISP. Family Care Services
recently were cited for not having “Declination” if the team members want a copy of ISP on
file.
