Second Street Chambers burg, P A 1720 I RE: Application received for Zoning Map Change Amendment, - from Edward & Harriett Scott, 4760 Philadelphia Ave. Chambers burg, P A This letter is to inform you that the Greene Township Supervisors have received an application requesting a Zoning Map Change Amendment for a property located off Phila. Ave, Route 11 North. Edward W. & Harriett G. Scott are requesting that the HC Highway Commercial Zoning District be extended to the rear of their property to encompass Parcel "B" as shown on a previous survey by TME Surveying dated March 12, 1984.. A copy of the application, correspondence and plans are attached for your reference. The parcel is currently zoned as R-l Low Density Residential District and they are requesting the change to HC District. The Board of Supervisors have scheduled the required public hearing on this request for Tuesday evening, October 23,2007 at 7 p.m. here at the Greene Township Building Meeting Room, Garver Lane, Scotland. Would you please review this proposed map change amendment and provide the Supervisors with your recommendation prior to the public hearing date? Thank you.
