Dear Phil or Sherri, The Greene Township Board of Supervisors has received a rezoning request submitted by Tycolbrit LLC, 433 Walker Road, Chambersburg. The property proposed for rezoning is owned by Charles R & Virginia A. Roman and is located off Sunset Pike in Greene Township. They are requesting the Roman property be rezoned from the current LI, Light Industrial District to R-2, Medium Density Residential District and HC, Highway Commercial. I have enclosed copies of material that was submitted to the township. The Board of Supervisors has scheduled the required public hearing on this matter for Tuesday June 27,2006 at 7:00 PM.
