Subject: Zoning Map Change Amendment Request of Tycolbrit LLC.

The Franklin County Planning Commission staff has reviewed the proposed zoning change
request by Tycolbrit LLC. The proposed changes would fit in better with the current
surrounding land usage in the area. The Planning Commission staff supports the request to
change the zoning ordinance.

RE: Zoning Map Change Amendment request of Tycolbrit LLC.
Dear Phil or Sherri,
The Greene Township Board of Supervisors has received a rezoning request submitted by
Tycolbrit LLC, 433 Walker Road, Chambersburg.
The property proposed for rezoning is owned by Charles R & Virginia A. Roman and is
located off Sunset Pike in Greene Township. They are requesting the Roman property be
rezoned from the current LI, Light Industrial District to R-2, Medium Density Residential
District and HC, Highway Commercial. I have enclosed copies of material that was
submitted to the township. The Board of Supervisors has scheduled the required public
hearing on this matter for Tuesday June 27,2006 at 7:00 PM.
Please review this data and comment back to the Board of Supervisors regarding your
comments or recommendations on this request. Thank you.
